Breakfast was ok.

Really small bathroom. Could barely fit. Room was small.

I liked the service, everyone was nice and friendly.

Price too high for the service and the breakfast was not what expected.

There was no mirror in the room and the service wasn't good.

Breakfast was good and simple. Good location easy to find. I stayed there before I liked the remodeling and the nice layout. more open spaces. The wood stairway is really nice and the openness on the second floor looking down to the check-in desk and the breakfast tables to see if your friends are down there yet.

The bed was soft but for some people, they may be too soft. Some people need a firm bed. A choice of firmness for the beds would help. being able to switch out mattresses would help. Having a choice of mattresses and pillows when people are comparing places may be just the edge for them to choose your hotel.

The breakfast was good particularly when it got busy and they put on a buffet breakfast. Location was pretty central fir the old part. The room was big, a little shabby but ok.

The noise level was extreme at times, partly because we hadn’t realized there was celebrations for Independence Day and All Saints Day but it was also noisy late at night in the inner courtyard of the hotel. We asked for a taxi in the morning and was assured one had been ordered the night before but there wasn’t one, which was annoying as we had to be at the bus station.
