Other reviewers mentioned the great breakfast and friendly staff, and these did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful in fixing an issue with my reservation (my fault not theirs). Clean comfortable room, great gym and pool. Convenient location, there's a grocery store nearby and it's close to the Aquatic Center and Botanic Gardens.

"It was horrible! Flthy and dirty inside and outside the whole building."

Breakfast was normal hotel food.

Breakfast area was hard to find, juice machine was broken pouring only water, floors and counters were dirty, looks like employees did not care
