The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! Dinner at Luciano was wonderful with top-notch service and a great food.

Service level and attention to detail. There are far too many things to list that are not warranting a five star experience for the price of the room.

schöne Anlage, schöner Poolbereich.

wir hatten kein Tisch am Abend im Restaurant, da es voll gebucht war. Das wurde uns aber beim Check-In nicht mitgeteilt, was uns natürlich dann sehr geärgert hat. Auch für den nächsten Abend hatten sie unsere Reservation trotz Bestätigung an der Reception nicht drauf. Es hat dann aber doch geklappt mit dem Tisch. zu wenig Liegen am Pool für alle vorhanden. Wiese wäre gross genug für mehr Liegen.

"Fijne, rustige plek met behulpzaam en hartelijke personeel; kamer verdient nog wat aandacht"

Het resort ligt schitterend in het groen en biedt een oase van rust en ontspanning. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk, attent en professioneel.

Onze standaardkamer bevond zich in het souterrain, wat voor ons iets minder prettig was. De kamer voelde vrij donker en gesloten aan. De deur had een raamfunctie, maar zorgde helaas niet voor meer licht of ruimte. We waardeerden de oprechte excuses en de vriendelijke 10% korting die we bij het afrekenen ontvingen vanwege de ligging van onze kamer. Hoewel we niet helemaal tevreden waren over de kamer, zagen we duidelijk dat het resort er alles aan doet om gasten een fijne ervaring te bieden. Het is een luxe, schoon en verzorgd hotel met veel potentie. Met wat extra aandacht voor deze details zal de ervaring ongetwijfeld nog aangenamer worden.
