Amazing find! Right in the old town and very centrally located. Old property but refurbished and to a very high standard. Rooms very comfortable and bathrooms modern. Great little breakfast offered with a pre order form each evening

Lovely place in a fantastic location. There was music audible outside until about midnight and then it quietened right down. It was never loud enough to bother us anyway though. Really central. Very comfortable and fantastic host who really helped us out by arranging transportation to the beach when other plans we had made fell through at the last minute. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Palermo.

Location could not be better. Steps from Quattro Canti. The apartment was large, clean and nicely decorated. The balconies were perfect for eating a very delicious, free, daily breakfasts. Bathroom was huge and new. Staff was attentive. Charming building. Loved the entire stay

Location was perfect. Able to walk streets with plenty of restaurants etc. only 2 issues . Instruction for air conditioning were not there. I asked for help and was told the wall it was on. We never got it working, Other issue, info stated breakfast was a 8:00, if you need it earlier let them know. I told them we leave at 7:30 for the train could we get breakfast at 6:30 -7 and was told they can’t provide that early. Why ask then say no. So we had to spend another 20 euros for bakery items at the train station.

Wonderful location and big room and breakfast was wonderful!

It was much too hot in my room and it was hard to carry the luggage up so many flights of stairs

Fantastic location, short walking distance to all sightseeing spots. Literally a stone's throw to a selection of fantastic bars and resturants.

Location was good but very noisy, so paying for a veranda was a waste of money. Tv didn’t work and was told someone would come to fix it but never did The shower had hair and mould throughout, so disgusting Was promised an early breakfast due to having to leave early so we could drive out whilst the traffic was not as chaotic , breakfast never arrived and host never replied to messages. The worst 3 nights of our trip Palermo is dirty and the streets full of rubbish and dog poo I don’t like to right negative about businesses but I wish someone had warned me on here before I wasted $$ and time

It was in the centre of Palermo, so we could walk to the things and places we wanted to see and enjoy! Food and drink was excellent, as was the breakfast each morning in InCanto. The stairs were difficult for me in InCanto.
