Good location if you want to be near the central tourist, clubs and harbour areas. Unit is on ground floor so no elevators and no other units connected. Comfortable for 2 people.

If you are considering this accommodation you should be aware that it is situated down a lane and behind street facing stores / restaurants and which have their dumpsters right by the front door which you will definitely hear being used. Also being by a closed to cars busy tourist street, there are lots of people walking by even late into the evening and sounds will echo down laneway and be heard in the unit. If stairs are an issue unit has some going up to low ceilinged bedroom loft and some going down to bathroom.

Incredible location, sweet & small flat, cooked here most nights.

The property is located in the center of Reykjavik, allowing you to reach all of the city's attractions by walking. The house is comfortable and very nice, it has everything you need.

The only downside is that it's not completely darkened, which is annoying in the summer months. I would suggest adding a curtain on the mezzanine, so as to at least cover the bed.
