After setting up the reservation through Hotels.com and a confirmation, they did not have a room for us. It was 330am we drove over 10 hours and had to go find something on our own. Very upset, tired and need our refund asap!!!

The staff was SOO nice and helpful. Especially the day shift Front Desk attendant Kat. She was a true blessing and so helpful during a stressful time for me. But I also watched interact with others and she kind and very helpful to everyone including her co- workers Truly appreciated
