Breakfast was great—-although the lady/manager (Hispanic female) seemed to be a bit short with her words. She asked me what my room number was in a rude way. I felt as if she felt like I just walked in off the street and didn’t belong in the hotel.

The first night (Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving) was very peaceful and quiet. Thanksgiving night was horrible! There was a guest next door who had his phone on speaker and was talking from 12:30 AM to around 4 AM!!! I couldn’t sleep and called the front desk to see if someone to either call and ask if he could lower his voice due to noise restraint laws that I thought were in place, like other hotels that I’ve visited. NO ONE Answered the phone! This was NOT cool! I have to deal with the EXACT same situation at home but now I’m paying to NOT get a good night’s rest?! 🤦‍♀️ Hotel should space their guests out, leaving an open room in between guests for privacy purposes.
