一切都好，唯獨剛到時入門密碼真是困擾到極點了!!! 雖然打電話之後，順利的取得密碼， 但這應該是可以事先給消費者資訊更好啊!!

The funny thing is I received email telling me how to check out prior to my arrival. Don't you think telling me how to enter the entrance and how to check in before my arrival might be equally important? Bad experience for check-in process, we were locked out for 10 minutes and thank god we met someone staying there and she told us the password of the main entrance. Otherwise you got to call local number for getting password to enter, but how on earth would foreign travellers want to make overseas phone call for this kind of thing? Why couldn't you simply send password in advance by either message or email or whatever?? Other than the weird check-in proces, everything in the hotel is pretty good.

門前密碼是靠前住客口傳的。前住客也是之前的住客開門後口傳的。我當天沒有太多人入住。站了一個多小時才有人出入。讓我們進去。酒店這方式太嘔心。

Great location and very comfortable accommodation. We incurred problems upon checkin as we were not emailed the required information which was inconvenient at the time.

以下の5つが残念でした。 1）ホテルに入るためのパスワードが事前に連絡されていなかった（そのためコールセンターに連絡） 2）部屋用のWi-Fiが使用できなかった（再度コールセンターに連絡し、たまたま空いていた隣の部屋のWi-Fiを使用することに） 3）部屋の冷蔵庫に、前の宿泊者のものであろう、飲みかけのジュースのペットボトルが入っていた。 4）ドライヤーが断線していて、電源が入らない。 5）マットレスが汚かった。

入住說明不清楚，卡在門口沒有密碼不能進入。

Contactless, close to main station, big room. But no elevator .

Very satisfied with this place. Clean with every thing needed for a comfortable stay.

清潔感があってリーズナブルでした。

ベッドが2段ベットになっていて、下の段の壁沿いの埃が気になりました。 アクセスはよく、駅も近いので夜ご飯を食べに行くのに困りませんでした。 ホテルのデザインがおしゃれでとても良かったです。
