チェックインに少し手間取りました。 エレベーターがないのはかなりマイナスポイント。 新しく綺麗なのはプラスポイント。 ベッドは少し硬い。

Close to JR Station. Nice host, responsive. Clean and big room. Reasonable price. Self check in with clear instruction sent to inbox ahead. Walking distance to the city center. Overall very good experience.

自動で宿泊場所を管理したいのでしょうが、部屋に入る時のパスワードはわからない、自分の電話もわからない、寒くても待たされる、いいい

チェックインに必要なパスワードが出発前に送られてこなかったので スムーズにできなかったが、電話をかけてみると対応がよく　無事チェックインできた。　チェックアウトの際のカギの処理が、事前メールの注意事項としてよくわかるように表示されるとよい。。 JRの駅からとても近く、静かでよかった。　EXPEDIAの地図ではわかりにくかった。JRの駅からまっすぐなので、文章で解かりやすくホテルへの道順を表示してあるとよい。

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION The best thing about this property is it’s location, close to the port, station, food and minutes walk from a couple of good supermarkets. We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay at Alphabed Takamatsu Ekimae and would stay there again when next in that part of Japan. First thing to establish is that there is no front desk, check in is done remotely. This was very smooth of us and much better than expected ** read the welcome emails before you arrive and complete registration online to get a similar experience (we registered from the train on the way there)**. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable, but if you’re going to be out island hopping during the day, as we were, room size shouldn’t be an issue. The kitchen down stairs is functional, we used it to cook pasta for the kids (tastes from home) and make sandwiches for our days out and about. All in all a great experience.
