Late check-outs have a fee of $150,000 COP per hour, until 7pm, and must be notified to the property in advance via Whatsapp or email. Out of schedule check-ins must be notified to the property via email or Whatsapp at least 24 hours prior to check-in. When travellling with pets, a fee of $80,000 COP per night must be paid. All pets must be kept under watch of a responsible adult. It is prohibited to leave pets alone inside the rooms. The guest is responsible for any damages caused by their pets, including the total replacement of affected items. Pets aren't allowed in the areas of the pool, restaurant or lobby. Each guest must pick up and clean up their pet's feces and deposit them in sealed plastic bags in the assigned places. The hotel is not responsible for accidents, attacks by other pets, poisoning, stings, poisoning or aggression within the facilities. Entry with a pet implies acceptance of these conditions, exempting the hotel from any legal or economic responsibility for eventualities related to the pet. External alcoholic beverages are not allowed into the hotel. The consumption and sale of illegal drugs is prohibited on the property. All rooms are NON-SMOKING areas. In case of failure to comply will result in a fine of $100,000 COP. Children should always be under the supervision of an adult responsible. 5In case of lost keys, the guest must pay $50,000 COP. Guests must minimize noise between the hours of 9:00 p.m. at 7:00 a.m. The guest will be responsible for assuming the cost of any damage caused to the furniture and property of the facility. Access with weapons of any kind or substances is not permitted, flammable or explosive. Any activity of sexual exploitation of minors will be reported before the competent authorities. The hotel is not responsible for eventualities that occur minors, older adults or pets within its facilities, including falls, stings or any other incident resulting from the rural characteristics of the place.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
