It was in a decent location for the Levi’s stadium

The staff double charged me for the room, due to an ‘inexperienced’ employee per the manager. Manager did clear up that the other card we used will be refunded and I hope that will happen.

Our room was SO hot. We paid so much for the room and could not get the air conditioning to work. We tried to ask the front desk to remedy it. They said they would fix it "remotely" but nothing changed. Such a waste of money

New, clean, spacious lobby, free parking. However, the bathroom ventilator was loud. It could not be turned off, and it was not working.

I would highly recommend! Very clean, bed was great, the continental breakfast was great, staff members were nice. Will stay here again if we come back to the area.

It’s nice new and a great stay if you have kids and it’s a family trip. Facilities are great
