"Trop cher, seul l'emplacement est superbe."

L'emplacement, l'extrême gentillesse du personnel, la chambre obtenue au rez de chaussée.

Petit déjeuner, on ne peut pas choisir soi même pain et viennoiserie. Aucun ajout de confort particulier justifiant la 3e étoile, et donc le prix, à part l'emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur mer.
