The staff was very friendly and accommodating and offered a lot of basic necessities in the room immediately.

Getting the shower to have hot water is a bit confusing. The trick is to turn only the hot water tap, but just a little, until it gets hot. Then slowly add a little cold until the water is at a reasonable temperature. If you turn either nozzle way up you will not be getting hot water for long.

This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time.
