Very nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable.

Zero!!! We booked 2 adjoining rooms 4 months in advance and when we arrived at 4:30 neither room was ready! After waiting for our rooms we were told that we would not have adjoining rooms. The hotel is not booked and we can see the cleaning service still wandering around. They are refusing to provide us with the rooms that we originally booked and are incredibly rude about it. There was no paper towel in the public restrooms and even after we told them they did not replace it.

This is a newer hotel, so everything was in excellent condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bar was open, but the staff person on duty had no idea how to make a basic cocktail. I'm talking about a vodka tonic. No rocket science involved.
