Great value for money. Very clean. comfy, with all the extra bits, coffee tea, fresh milk etc. The shower toilet all very good.

Very close to the town centre, parking was close by, I like the private check-in, the area was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Provided a lot of good facilities like ironing board with iron & hairdryer. Streaming services with the suite was a nice touch and the shower was lovely, easy to use. Communication with the owners was easy too and upgraded me to the suite which was very nice. The fridge worked really well.

Being in room 7, there was a lot of noise. The walls and ceiling seem quite thin, especially the bedroom as I could hear people walking above at 10pm then waking up to them at 6am in the morning. Then I could hear the kitchen on the other side of the wall between 7-8am. You are near a busy road so a lot of car noise near the living space. The kitchen would also creep into the living space which made the place seem unclear and there were other non-pleasing smells in the suite too. TV was a bit smaller than what I've seen from other bnbs. A bit of a long walk from the bathroom to the bedroom.

Friendly owner, great breakfast, good location. The communal area was nice as we were friends staying together but if I’d been on my own I would have preferred tea making facilities in the room.

Steep and narrow stairs to first floor.

The property is very homely and reminiscent of and old fashioned B&B - felt very cosy. Sarah the host is lovely, very responsive and will do anything for you. Liked the communal kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave etc. Felt like I was in someone's home, which was nice. The location is also really good if you fancy walking around the town centre.

I was in Room 3 and the mattress has seen much better days - all the springs have gone and definitely needs replacing as soon as possible. The bedding was very dull and the duvet didn't seem to fit in it properly. Also there is no mirror near a plug socket, so drying your hair in front of a mirror is not possible unless you drag the extension lead out from under the bed and around the back of the bedside table so you can use it in front of the only mirrors which are at the back of the open wardrobe. Needs another mirror in the room near a socket.

Great location - 2 minute walk to town centre. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
