"On the whole it was great and better than expected"

Very nice freshly cooked breakfast. Very clean. Double rooms spacious. Beds comfortable.

Two of the bathroom/shower rooms were ok but small; the annexe room was a bit chilly

Clean, comfortable place to stay, near to Cadwell Park. Didn't see the staff (it was key box entry) but they seemed friendly and helpful via text. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds, dark and quiet at night.

Despite a huge bathroom, the shower cubicle was tiny. Also, the room was quite cold on arrival, however there was an electric heater.

Sarah was such a lovely host - she was immediately friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.
