"Wonderful time staying- we felt like locals!"

The location was excellent! Steps from Sandy Beach and several restaurants. The property was super clean and adorably decorated.

Maybe some additional lamps/lighting in the living area.

"A beautiful place to stay, nearby coffee shops and small restaurants. We will be back!"

The property is ideally located within 2-3 minutes from the beach. There are beach chairs & towels provided, coolers, umbrellas. We were able to travel to other beaches in the area with no problem. There are grills and seating areas outside that made it very family friendly.

There was some music from surrounding places but it ended early enough to enjoy the coquis singing.

We had a great time in Rincon area staying at the Beach Pad! It was just right for our short stay. We were able to walk to the beach and drive to close by towns. Alan was very helpful as well with great check in and out instructions. It was a fun stay.

"Very reasonable host and clean unit."

The hosts were very thoughtful, they provided plenty information on the unit and for the staying in the area. They even provided beach chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were a little high. It would be more convenient if there was a hair dryer.

Comfortable and clean room. Location is excellent within walking distance to great beaches and restaurants. Everything needed for the beach was provided ( chairs,cooler,towels, etc..)

Outdoor lighting for the patio area could be improved. It came on automatically but having a manual switch would be great for times you're outside before the timer kicks on.
