Clean rooms, plenty of supplies in the room - towels, shower gels, hairdryer, coffee supplies. Nice big TV, nice breakfast included in our stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice TVs. Clean room and bathroom. Nice bathroom features. Coffee and hot tea available in lobby 24 hours. Breakfast was available for plenty of time to accommodate everyone and had good variety. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Room was ready early and I was able to check in even before expected. That was the best!!

Walls were thin - I heard neighbors and hallway noise until late in the night and early in the morning - kept me up and woke me up. Pillows on sofa and bed were very flat. The coffee machine in the room did not work. The shower had extremely light water pressure. I’m also not sure the deadbolt on the door worked correctly. It never clicked into place - seemed to not go all the way into the doorframe.

Very nice room. We booked a suite. Plenty of room for us and our puppy. Nice and comfortable to relax. Shower was excellent. Sink faucet not so much. Low water pressure and the spout would extend further over the sink. The alarm clock was SO bright, I actually had to turn it upside down! :) Also. There was a bright light on the fire alarm also. Had to put a towel over that.

Loved the room, especially the bathroom with the large walk in shower. Housekeeping was friendly and very helpful when needed. Staff cleaned many areas of the hotel to sanitize heavy hand and foot traffic. Breakfast had a variety of choices to accommodate most appetites. The general feel was cleanliness and efficiency.

Pool was a concern due to open electrical sockets on every wall surrounding the pool area, exceptionally close to the water and walk way around the pool. Outside of pool area trash remained stuck between the window and outside shrubs. I stayed 6 days and the trash never was removed. The back door area had multiple cigarette butts by the door, yet a receptacle for the butts was put behind the trash area, unusable to those who stood by the door to smoke. I am a former smoker and this bothered me to see the receptacle out of proper use.
