Cute place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. A short walk to town. Breakfast was good, the fire pits are nice to sit at with a glass of wine after dinner.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at Golden State Inn very much. The lodge was clean and room was big enough for two people. Their breakfast burrito was also such a pleasure. I definitely recommend to any travelers who want to stay in private and modern places.

Their price might be slightly higher than the other lodges in the neighborhood, but I think it's definitely worth it.

Did not meet my expectations for the extremely expensive price. We also stayed at other lodging in Island Park for a quarter of the price with more room, better views, same cleanliness. You are charging Ritz prices unjustly. Would not recommend.
