Wow what a find..this guest house is absolutely fantastic Emma such a gem it's like staying with a friend out room was clean and suited our needs for our stay clean everything in place..Emma so knowledgeable about the area ..breakfast was excellent 👌 I dont normally have cook breakfast but could not say no ..will definitely book again if I could give more than 10 stars I would

Excellent breakfast. Good location but a bit of a walk to Roots Hall. Good job there was a Wetherspoon en route.

"I would stay again as a solo traveller as it was good value."

Host, breakfast and location were all very good.

Shower was difficult to control; either scolding hot or cold. It was also very small so difficult to avoid the water when trying to get the right temperature. Breakfast orders finished at 0900 and I prefer to eat later for dietary reasons.
