Great location just outside the Medina and 24/7 reception

The location is great and there is a separte entrance to the staircase so you don’t have to pass the reception multiple times.

The room feeled a bit wet, it was impossible to dry the bathroom and to get rid of the humidity from the room (even though I left windows wide open for the entire day). This causes the room to smell bed. My bed sheets were a bit stained. There were tiny ants on the floor.

The friendly and hospitable staff, great food at the cafe, location next to the souks and multiple convenience stores nearby, many eateries located in the vicinity too, clean and sufficient amenities provided.

Basic room but the AC worked like a dream. Restaurant on the bottom floor will box up a meal and deliver to your room. The staff was really friendly. The hotel is just on the edge of the Medina so it’s possible for a car to drop you off right in front.

I had a lovely room on the third floor. Very clean and a comfortable bed. It was also quiet and close to the medina. The staff are super friendly and helpful . Good value for money.

It is very close to fes medina. The staff is nice and helpful, there is a restaurant downstairs Where you can have breakfast or dinner and the prices are good. It is good choice if you need to spend couple nights near medina.

The room was little a bit small without any waredrobe.
