Le Manoir de la Maison Blanche

Annick a un établissement très accueillant et est arrangeante. Suite a des problèmes de voiture nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu mais Annick n'y a pas vu d’inconvénient. Petit déjeuner très agréable dans la cour au soleil!

Fantastic property. Very well kept manor, extremely nice French breakfast. Llamas, horses, cats, and the Great Dane Lulu. Great vacation stay in Amboise - just be aware it’s about a mile into town.

The manor was beautiful! It’s a magical little property that feels like a private park. Annick, the owner, was great and took good care of us. She offered a very personal touch, from remembering our stay info from the moment we arrived, remembering our breakfast preferences, and even setting our breakfast up at a roomier seat for my tall husband :) Her homemade jams were fantastic. The cats, horses, goats, and llamas are so cute! And of course LouLou, the great dane was super cute and lovable. It’s about a mile walk from town, but it’s a safe walk and a great place to settle in after a long day of exploring. You can see so many stars at night! Would definitely recommend and definitely want to come back one day!

Annick was a lovely hostess! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. We stayed 4 nights and had a beautiful comfy room. The breakfast everyday was fresh bakery and wonderful coffee, yogurt and fresh fruit. I can't say enough wonderful things about this lovely place! If you are in Amboise... stay here!

loved the property, and the hostess madam Annick. Only downside was I had anticipated paying via credit card, which was only possible for one night. This caused quite a problem for me. No did I see expedia or the website stated this. In fact paperwork i had stated that my credit card might be taken for incidental charges, so all this was a big surprise. Expedia needs to clarify this on their website. Otherwise, the stay was terrific and would go back, just with more cash.

We loved everything about our 2 night stay. It was peaceful, relaxing and charming. We were made to feel like welcomed friends and not strangers! The proprietor, Annick is so warm and friendly. She is a very interesting, lovely woman. We hope to return some day!
