I frequently heard a knocking sound coming from somewhere in the building, and it began early enough each morning to cause disturbances to my sleep.

The place was very nice an new. Location was great.

The room/suite had electrical and plumbing problems and we had to move after the first day to another place. Collecting the key was a long wait outside in the cold and rain, as it is not a hotel with a reception, but more like an AirBNB situation.

Lovely, stylish, modern apartment, great bathroom and bed room. Nice location in central part of Lux old town. V easy to get keys, great communication from host on day of arrival.

Nothing. The accomodation quality and location was definitely on par with other high-end hotel accommodation and getting the keys was a 2 minute job of meeting the host and being let in! If you want a stylish, functional and spacious apartment, right in the city, this is a really great choice.
