Please be aware it is an automated property and access codes will be sent via email and SMS on arrival day. Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels during the stay is additionally payable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
