"The room was very handicap friendly just skip breakfast"

Breakfast was sad. They offered waffles cold biscuits and day old gravy. I was glad had coffee

The staff was friendly and courteous. The check in process was easy.

The property had bed bugs!! A family member found them after being bitten a few times. The hotel rooms are outdated and need some TLC. The mattress was lumpy and needs to be updated.

"Not the greatest Quality Inn campus I’ve seen."

The property was close to great amenities.

no closet door in the room, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the carpet wasn’t very clean, and you can see where holes were repaired in the walls next to the AC unit.

I loved the housekeeping staff so sweet and kind !! The front desk clerk was amazing she ran the place !! When it need to be done she would do it herself she is a rockstar !! Shout out to Katrina

Being a housekeeper myself for line 2& years I felt the cleaning could use some more effort it might be outdated but it could shine and sparkle with the tlc it needs !!
