our visit was great we took in all the attractions. Our apartment was clean and very inviting,

Stay was good. Parking on the side of the road was kind of dangerous. The cars drive through there pretty fast. We had to park the vehicle across the street.

RUN AWAY!! ROACHES! Filth, rotted floors, tin can lids nailed on doors to cover holes, stained bedding and pillows, cigarette butts and ashes everywhere, roof collapsing, complete slum, ghetto & dangerous neighborhood, inadequate, dirty window AC units, fire alarms not working. This unit is not fit to be rented to anyone! It is a complete SLUM. When we arrived, we had to purchase bleach and disinfectant to clean and wash after their cleaning crew(1 young girl) finished cleaning. We were parked across the street as she entered the property with no cleaning items and left with none. When we were able to access the property, it was filthy! Food on the walls, urine staining the bathroom rug, dirt and smears on all the doors and light switches. The bedding was disgusting. All the pillows were stained and smelled. We washed what we could. We wiped down the walls and the furniture and even mopped the floor. I reported and sent pics the filth, the roaches, the rot, and stained bedding. A team was sent out to "inspect" these elements. They sprayed for bugs, which didn't matter, roaches ran around the bathtub, over the tv and in the beds even after this. They did not replace the three pillows that remained stained. And after I checked out, they CHARGED me for the stained items. We purchased our own towels and left them since they were cleaner than the ones the property provided. I would caution anyone looking to rent this property to stay far away from any Chapawu Properties.

Very comfortable for the 8 of us!

Quaint and quiet although located in a slummier area just make sure to lock your car doors other than that it’s a whole house beats staying in a hotel
