Rauris központjában található, sétálva minden elérhető. Boltok, éttermek, sífelvonó. Saját parkoló. Csendes falu. Kedves a tulajdonos. Az apartman jól felszerelt, nem a legmodernebb berendezéssel, de kényelmesen lehet pihenni, kikapcsolódni.
