Pleasantly surprised. Large and clean and very comfortable apartment

Wir wurden freundlich und professionell empfangen. Das Apartment war picobello sauber, modern eingerichtet und räumlich sehr großzügig (Nr. 9). Zentraler kann man in Rauris kaum wohnen, durch die Verkehrsberuhigung ist es aber trotzdem nicht laut. Skibushaltestelle, Bäckerei, Supermärkte und einige Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Fuß zum Skilift sind es rund zehn Minuten.

Rauris and at the apartment it is hard english speaker, the host or the owner always did her best to speak to us but communication is a problem

Big apartment, very clean and you have everything you need (except oven). The owner is a very nice and helpful lady. The location is excellent, a couple of meters you have a free bus which rides to ski stations.

To access the kid's room you need to go through the master bedroom.

Very friendly staff. Amazing location in the city centre and dedicated parking place. Spacious, new rooms. In the kitchen we found everything and even more we needed. Very comfortable beds. We got summer cards. Two shops and a few restaurants next to the place. Dogs are welcome.

If you are sensitive to sounds the main church bell can distract you all day and night. Keep in mind that the cleaning fee is not included in the price.

The apartment was incredible clean, good-looking and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The house was quiet, perfect for having rest after a long day. The host was super nice, and helpful.

Es war alles in Ordnung; der Kontakt vor der Anreise und der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gut gepflegt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge vor Ort ideal, aber auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gut geeignet. Kostenfreier Parkplatz 25 m entfernt auf Nachfrage vorhanden.
