The whole place needs a rehab. Signs and claims of “No Smoking” but it smelled of smoke. 3rd floor smelled bad. Coffee machine in lobby was broken. No AC in lobby. At least I dont think I brought home bed bugs. We’ll see tho…

I stayed 6 days. On the 7th day they started tearing off the roof. I'm glad I left, they were throwing everything off the roof on to vehicles below ! The room smelled like cigarettes and I don't smoke! Live and learn...

Clim en panne , faisait un bruit d avion sans faire de froid .. Porte de la salle de bain /WC cassée, impossible de la fermer . Cafetière non fonctionnelle, et celle de l accueil HS .. Petit déjeuner ne mérite meme pas un commentaire. Personne de l accueil à l image de l hôtel. A éviter donc.

This was a decent place for a short stay in Louisville however i found some of the front desk staff a bit absent minded with certain questions and help. Other than this, there wasn't much more i can add except in future they need to inform guests of why fees are taken from cards if "reserve now, pay later" options are chosen!
