Sou cliente regular há cerca de 2 anos, viajo semanalmente para Joinville e faço as reservas antecipadas para me programar, em geral a cada 3 meses. A cobrança sempre seguiu o padrão da booking, ou seja, no dia da reserva. Esse mês, sem aviso prévio, o hotel decidiu por motivos não justificáveis, cobrar todas as reservas antecipadamente, impactando no meu planejamento financeiro. Embora, tenha tentado argumentar com a administração do hotel, não houve acordo. Enfim, estabelecimento que trata cliente com mero "número" e com o descaso que é incompatível com serviço a que se propõe prestar.
