FALLS INN

Staff is kind of unfriendly and unwelcoming.

We booked a hotel in Cleveland and when we arrived they said our reservation had been canceled. Without any reason or notice. And it was 11:30 at night. Luckily we found The Falls motel about 45 miles away. The drive was easy and the motel was right off the turnpike. When we arrived the hotel manager was a pleasant man even though it was 12:30 am. We parked right in front of our room. The room was simple and very clean!!! Cold a/c, hot shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable. We ended up staying another night. This little motel saved our tired a$$es and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Very clean- very recent furniture- comfortable bed Good heat /AC unit. The rooms are small. It is the best deal in town very nice room for the price

The Wifi was slow. There were no cups in thr room.

Really quite a decent place for the money. Very close to the highway. I like the fact that you can pull right up to your door. The only problem is there’s not too much food nearby in case you want to eat in your room.

Falls Inn. (Newton Falls) The owners are rude, abusive, obstructive. Physically snatched card from my hand & and cursed at me when my card didn’t work on the door. Insistent on checking the room while staying there, and they charged me 150% of the rate they gave me in advance and at check in. Accused us of smoking, (before they even entered the room!), but we don’t smoke. The toilet took literal minutes to flush, has no lid. Tub was cracked. Stained comforters. No coffee. No breakfast. Horrible. I asked him not to curse and he was scaring me & he said so what it’s private property, you can leave. Stay anywhere else!

No hot water for me to take a shower.

I liked that they had an iron and board. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be better if they had a chair outside the door. The shower did not have anywhere to turn it on. You had to turn on both faucets and then it would start. No matter how you set it, the water would turn freezing cold and then scalding hot to warm etc

The room was clean, the hot water/shower was amazing, and bed was comfortable.

Perfect overnight stay while on the road. Right off the highway. The only complaint I have is NO COFFEE! Luckily there is a gas station within walking distance.
