Taking a trip down memory lane and catching up with family & friends while also enjoying the historic sites that this area has to offer. Very welcoming and accommodating owners and staff.

Bastion House is one of my favorite places to stay! The owners always make one feel very welcome and the attention to detail shows their passion for what they do. Everything is just so beautifully done!

Great location, safe and relaxed environment, incredibly kind and caring owners that are very involved in the business. Some of the best coffee I have had and there is a beautiful small garden that is full of plants, trees and birds.

Recommended shuttle service was extremely expensive to transport me from the airport to the accommodation compared to Uber; however, both were safe, reliable modes of transportation. The repurposed old buildings, I suspect, lack soundproofing, allowing you to hear other guests; however, I had no issues.

Perfect little get away after our wedding. Staff is super friendly and very respectful, would highly recommend even just for a little get away from reality.

This "gem" is a marvel well worth visiting. The amities are exquisite and fit for a king and queen. Our hosts were professional, most accommodating and met all our needs. We encourage people to go and see for themselves.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but what a place. The quality, ambience, service and facilities were outstanding. It is a gem that offers supreme value and enjoyment. The owners couldn't have been nicer. I'll definitely be going back and heartily recommend Bastion to anyone looking for high-end accommodation at a reasonable price.
