En general todo, el personal que nos atendió fue súper agradable y de mucha ayuda ya que nos dió varias indicaciones que nos fue de maravilla. La habitación estaba impecable así como las zonas comunes. La ubicación era inmejorable y aún así pudimos descansar sin ruidos del exterior. Totalmente recomendable.

La única pega que tuvimos es que el colchón a pesar de ser una cama extra grande no era lo suficientemente cómodo para nosotros ya que preferimos un poco más de dureza en el mismo. Pero por lo demás, todo perfecto 👌

La atención del personal. El personal muy amble y pendiente de cualquier petición. Un detalle muy importante, después de hacer el checkout pudimos dejar el coche en el garaje unas horas sin coste. Repetiré

The location is right in the heart of the city! Restaurants, shops, entertainment and transportation. We walked to neighboring towns especially La Latina to get the real local vibe. It’s within walking distance to Salamanca, so beautiful! The staff is very helpful and the room was great. Amazing service all around.
