- very good location directly in the centre - spacious room - good hot shower - nice stuff with 24hr reception

- had a room on the ground floor next to the breakfast room and main entrance, which was a bit loud - the bathroom facilities could be a bit cleaner - WiFi was not the best

The location is excellent. Close to all major attractions in the city. Staff is alway accomodating. They even prepared breakfast for us earlier than our scheduled time, so we can go on trip with full stomach. Good size rooms.

This hotel is in a very good location. But, it has certain drawbacks: - room on inside had lot of external light coming. Also, AC was making noise. Making us difficult to sleep. We requested to change the room, which they kindly did on next day. The new room was towards the street side. And the street side has noise of cars. - rugs in the hallway and rooms are felt rugs, and they look and feel dirty.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the stay very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get around and explore the area.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to a busy road, which can make the rooms quite noisy, and the overall cleanliness standards could be improved.
