硬件设施很一般，性价比非常低，作为吉尔吉斯斯坦大型连锁餐饮企业，早餐真的太让人失望了。个人建议能不住就不要住，在市中心有太多性价比优越的酒店。除非你的运气也非常差，刚好那天只剩这一个选择。

硬件设施和早餐不值得这个价格。

location perfect, comfy and nice decor

There was a problem with the room. There was not hot water. Since they couldn’t fix the hot water problem, they moved me to another room. There was hot water there, but the bathroom smelled of mold. The bathroom fixtures were very worn out and broken.

Но maintenance о боже. Сейф есть но не работает. Интернет вроде есть но авария. Душ тропический заизвесткован так что вода льется только откуда то сбоку. Ну чё, водопад. Шторы грязнющие, повешены черт те как. Blackout только на половину окна. Москитные сетки валяются рядом. Вода в раковине не уходит. И прочая и прочая. Завтраки средние, но голодным не останетесь. в целом отель на троечку

Charming hotel in a perfect location. Huge rooms and lovely decor. Excellent value. Would definitely stay here again.

No water the morning we had to leave for the airport. Street sounds are quite loud.

I stayed at this hotel twice—before and after my trip to Kyrgyzstan—and both stays were extremely disappointing. During my first stay, we arrived at 4:00 a.m. and were required to pay for two full nights, which already felt unreasonable. The most serious issue was that there was no Wi-Fi at all during my stays. This is simply unacceptable, especially when I needed to check in for my flight. In addition, the phone in the room did not work, and neither did the bedside lamp—clear signs of poor maintenance. After taking a shower, I had to go downstairs in my pyjamas to ask about the Wi-Fi. The receptionist was not at the desk but sitting on the lounge sofas chatting with two men. When she saw me, she seemed startled and quickly went back behind the desk, only to say: “Tomorrow internet works.” No solution, no apology, no effort to help. The hotel advertises a “great balcony,” but there was no view at all. There is also no elevator, and guests have to carry their luggage to the third floor themselves, without any assistance. For the price paid, this level of service and lack of basic facilities is far below expectations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely warrants one. I would not recommend staying here.
