Delta Hotels by Marriott Fredericton

They are reconstructing the parking lot, in stages. This means that half the front of the hotel is very dusty and dirty. One has to navigate around to avoid the front entrance. After 2 days in the "overflow" lot, my car was covered with dust. I had it washed and management, without any debate, removed the $40 parking fees (the wash was $15 plus my time). Nice recovery. I have stayed at the Delta Fredericton many times over the years. It took many years but the hotel renovations are basically completed. I miss "Dalton Camp's Bar" replaced by a wide open and noisy lobby bar but I guess at is progress. I had guests join us for a great dinner on the outside deck. Great service and location. Only issue was the "kiddy" low toilets.

There was no bellboy service for luggage. We didn’t have a phone in our room to call the front desk. The thermostat broke down and was blasting so much cold air I got sick. The staff was very helpful. Also our room never got cleaned. Luckily they comped 2 of our meals as a result.

That we were accomodated by staff when we brought in fresh lobster that we ate on site. Not that we have a dog but the hotel was so pet friendly, was very nice to see.

THe outdoor terrace on the river is spectacular. Staff was amazing and the food as well.

Location is awesome

Property was very tired , unkept and run down in every area. Room was no clean . Hall way was dirty crumbs in rug . Glasses in hallway. Would not stay there again

The property is exceptional. The outdoor of the hotel has a nice swimming pool with a nice bar right by the water. The food there was great.

Awesome place

For the price paid way too much noise and water all over the place from kids running in and out of hotel to the pool. Service and employees were very good but definitely not worth the money. Will be back in Fredericton in two weeks but will stay elsewhere.
