Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber gut und das Personal war freundlich

Wir hatten uns auf einen Strandurlaub eingestellt und darum bei der Buchung extra gefragt ob der direkt zugängliche Strand voraussichtlich verfügbar sein wird wenn wir ankommen. Wir haben eine Antwort bekommen die uns bestätigte, dass dies der Fall sein wird. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir informiert, dass der Strand durch die Stürme weggeschwemmt wurde und dies um diese Jahreszeit anscheinend immer der Fall sei. Wir wären davon gerne im Voraus informiert worden da wir sonst ein anderes Hotel gewählt hätten. Die Zimmer waren für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ziemlich heruntergekommen und machten keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Als wir unsere Beschwerden kundmachten wurden wir auf ein etwas besseres Zimmer verlegt, was für den Kundenservice spricht. Die Lage des Hotels war leider für uns ebenfalls ein großer Kritikpunkt. Wir hatten uns für eine Lage etwas außerhalb entschieden da wir vor hatten viel am Strand zu sein aber da dies nun nicht möglich war merkte man, dass man relativ isoliert war. Die Attraktionen in der Umgebung konnten fast nur motorisiert erreicht werden. Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gefreut und waren dementsprechend ziemlich enttäuscht. Tatsächlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt früher beendet und sind in ein anderes Hotel mit zentraler Lage gegangen mit dem wir sehr viel zufriedener waren. Wir konnten für eine Nacht eine Rückerstattung bekommen, was wir etwas schwach fanden, da wir das Gefühl hatten falsche Informationen über das Hotel und dessen Ausstattung bekommen zu haben. Für diesen Preis kann man in Vietnam deutlich bessere Hotels bekommen und ich muss leider sagen, dass ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

The location was lovely and peaceful. Staff were so helpful, really went above and beyond to help us book thinks and give us recommendations 😊

It was very minimal but there was occasionally construction noise for a little bit early in the morning around 7 or 8.

Location was perfect for a quiet stay. Across the road is a wonderful local restaurant, spa and local vendor for cheap drinks. Few other good restaurants on the same street. This place is wonderful, the staff are absolutely amazing - they made our trip comfortable and a home away from home. We booked three rooms for 7 people on a last minute booking as our Airbnb was not what it was advertised to be. It was the best decision we made. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and breakfast was delicious. Book this place, it is worth it.

I loved this place, what would make it perfect would be access to the beach from the property. It’s a 5 minute walk down the road to access the beach so it’s not that bad really.

We arrived at the hotel to no electricity and no information as to when we would have electricity. The hotel was a building site, covered with building equipment, ripped up flooring and the constant sound of drills. This continued our entire stay. The electricity stayed off for 4 hours and then went off again the following day with a 3 minute warning from the hotel staff meaning we could not get ready properly for our day. There was also no wifi the entire duration of our stay. Small bugs were also present in our room. We asked for a late check out as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience and was told we would need to pay 50% off the room fee.

Lage vom Hotel perfekt. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick dadurch sehr hell und freundlich. Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, sehr ansprechend. Auswahl am Frühstück sehr vielseitig und lecker.

Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Fotos wirken räumlich deutlich größer und sehr gepflegt was jedoch nicht der Realität entspricht. Der Pool war an 2 Tagen nicht zu benützen. Mit Ausnahme des Garten ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hoi An. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was spacious, spotless, and included a lovely balcony. It would have been even better with a couple of chairs in the room. Photos were accurate!

One small drawback was that no foot towel was provided, and we received conflicting information from different staff members about how to access the beach from the hotel. A bottle of water in the room provided from tap. The hotel is in a beautiful location, although there is no direct beach access. It would have made it better if there was an access directly from the hotel. There was also some construction noise nearby, which was not very pleasant at times. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
