I had an overall excellent stay at the hotel. Everything from the ambiance to the service was well managed and truly comfortable. A special mention to Ms. Huzaima Maryaam at the reception—her professionalism, warm attitude, and willingness to assist made a remarkable difference. She handled everything efficiently and with genuine hospitality, which really enhanced my experience. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.
