"Poor overnight stay"

We needed a place to stay overnight on our long trip. This place looked okay in the photos, but it didn't live up to that. It is old, worn, smells, not in good shape. I wouldn't stay there again.

"I would like my money retirement as I requested the night I was there. Book it said they would get back to me"

I asked for my money back I didn’t stay. It smelled horrible. I contacted you about it and I have not heard back. Not good business. I called for a refund within about an hour. Your people said they would get back to me

Horrible horrible smell. Did not step into the room at all. Open the door and closed it
