Front desk staff behavior is very bad. Poor knowledge about the booking. I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get my rooms.one of the rooms washroom water leaking from the closet.next day I requested to change my room,but they had given me a small room instead of deluxe room.but they charged for the deluxe room.

Overall experience was poor. Staff doesn't speak any language apart from English. They kept giving missed call on my phone without confirmation on the booking. Rooms were too small smelling of nicotine

very small room for price of 2800 odd, door had broke peep hole, no landlines for room service.
