Staff were very friendly

Lots of services available at the hotel but not in working condition like damaged tap, TV remote not in working condition, water cattle available but not working.

Rooms are clean

Location is in a midst of a wholesale market.

The only things that saved the stay were its cordial staff and somewhat decent food. I ordered coffee once and they made me wait for 2 hours stating the chef is on a break and there is no one else to make tea/coffee.

Extremely badly maintained hotel! The pictures don't match reality. The hotel is literally falling apart, extremely shady entrance and location. A single woman traveler can get easily intimidated and leave. I decided to use the hotel since it was too late in the night for me to search for a new hotel. Filthy, ill maintained interiors. Breakfast is included but bad food quality and options. I had to beg for even bathing liquid and handwash. The towels and bedsheets were dirty (turned grey). No lights in the corridors in the day time and no natural light as well. I wouldn't say its safe for women travelers. The owner is least bothered I was told by the staff. Also its not mentioned anywhere that they only serve vegetarian food.
