The staff, services, location and the prices. The breakfast also was decent, and fresh.

There was no kettle in the room for a personalised coffee/tea time.

people at the hotel were nice and we loved that it is in a less touristy area near to some really good street food stalls, pickleball court and a local bar

The reception staff was very kind and helpful and we really liked the breakfast. The room was very spacious as well with a big balcony.

We booked the hotel even though it was very far from the center because it had the gym included. Once there, we were told that there was no gym in the hotel but there was one near by, which we had to pay. Furthermore in the room there was no coffee, tea or other amenities.

Safe, quiet, affordable little hotel with a short drive to Old Town or the beach. The small staff are really sweet and attentive. The room size was adequate and the king-size bed was comfortable.Breakfast is simple but good. The Vietnamese options are best.

Based on the listing and the pictures, we expected something more grand. We adjusted our expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean but water deposits on the shower glass make it seem less clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. They offer free breakfast which was nice.

The owner was constantly trying to sell me excursions throughout my stay when I said I was not interested which was annoying. The wifi was very patchy and the fridge did not work very well and needs to be replaced.
