"Good"

We understand that it was the Christmas period but the room was freezing with no heating on and a portable heater that worked periodically. Our 81yr old mother made the most of it. The breakfast was mediocre. Cold some days hot on others. The tea was cheap. The dining room freezing. The good points were the staff (when around) were friendly and the sea views. I'm sure in the summer months it is more attractive.

"Poor, really really poor."

Had to wake reception, at 5:00pm! Called for manageress who came in pyjamas. Room was cold. Beds were exceptionally poor quality. Pool was closed and advertised breakfast wasn’t available and had to settle for toast and coffee. Bar was closed, and no entertainment. Also told doors would be locked between 11-6am and couldn’t get in or out unless we phoned reception. Not sure what would happen in case of fire!!

Everything other than the view could have been better!
