Good size room and comfortable. The location is not too far from major destinations, but is wonderful if you want to enjoy a quiet neighbourhood in Kyoto. The staff are also very helpful, helping us take our delivered luggage to our room upstairs before we arrived.

Not a big demand but kitchenwares (mugs and cups) are not very clean.

宿は安く清潔でとても満足。ただ価格が安いのである程度仕方ないと思うが隣の部屋が夜中中うるさかった。22時以降他の客に迷惑なので静かに、という様な貼り紙があってもいいのではと思った。海外からの観光客に効果が有るかは疑問では有るが…

Well located, nice place- more like an Airbnb type of accommodation. Bathroom in the room but toilets were in the corridor. However, very clean.

The add showed a private bathroom there was a private shower but a shared bathroom, we were able to leave our luggage inside before our check in, but we were not able to talk to anybody after that, only through the hotels app and it was difficult, the place is very neat, modern and nice, but a more communicative service would help the overall experience

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the free amenities were much appreciated.

No problems whatsoever about the property.

The location is perfect for coming in from Kyoto station. Some great locations just minutes away. The rooms are small but big enough and clean. The climate control is excellent. Beds are decent.

There is a shower but we had to find it, as there were no instructions or sign. Leaving the payment in cash is a bit inconvenient.

There was a bunk bed (tatami style) and a wonderful experience. There was also a train and bus station near by, a 3 min walk away from the hotel. There was a traditional shop selling fried potato and chicken just around the corner, an easy stop for a quick breakfast. Just at the junction, there was also a western food shop and fruit stall. I highly recommend this place to stay if you prefer a quieter environment. Our room is very clean but our room was required to share toilets. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we realised how it wasn't a problem at all. In fact, my girl found it very fun and interesting. Once again, highly recommended
