It wasn´t that noisy despite being next to a construction site. The internet is as good as my home country The Netherlands, which I did NOT expect. The showers were top notch, no lack of HOT water. Location was very good. The bathroom in the mid section of the triplex was pretty good.

The upstairs toilet just didn´t do it for me, I am a big man and I couldn´t feel comfortable there. Downstairs was scary to our kid. I mean you have this super well renovated place, and then you have a place downstairs fit for a scene in a horroy movie. But the biggest issue was the smell. Besides that it was all fine and dandy.

The location was perfect. Our host was very nice and suggested places and restaurants.

The second floor bathroom lacks privacy. The apartment doesn’t have a microwave and going up the stairs is a bit difficult. There is no free parking on site. The saucepans could be replaced. We had an issue with the gas the second day and were left without hot water to shower until the next day. Even though our host was available to try to fix it, we feel this could have been avoided by a proper inspection before our arrival.

Avise para anular debido que mi viaje de negocio fue anulado por Covid en las oficinas de Gaia. Pedi aplazar la estancia para 15 dias pero se negaron y no me han hecho ni reembolso ni cambio de fechas. Muy decepcionado por la falta de comunicacion y de ampatia. No le recomando por la falta de responsabilidad en estos tiempos tan duros
