De badkamer is erg klein, en het blijft ook vochtig in het verblijf, er is weinig ventilatie.

Location.

The apartment is in urgent need of renovation to meet reasonable standards. It is furnished with cheap materials and furniture and has poor quality finishes. The bathroom is a bad joke, being very small, but also shabby and hastily furnished. It is a real pain to use the bathroom, but perhaps this could be overcome more easily if it were furnished with better quality materials and objects. When we arrived at the location, we were greeted by a very strong smell of chlorine, probably used shortly before we arrived. We knew from our documentation the problems of old houses in Portugal with humidity and mold, but that does not excuse the way we had to endure the smell of chlorine for the first few days. It should be noted that the dehumidifier seems to have worked in vain, because it was probably not working properly or had no more refrigerant, since it did not seem to have collected a single drop of water in the tank. Overall, the apartment is quite desolate, with cheap and very damaged parquet and peeling walls. Something done in a hurry to make money with minimal effort and ignoring the details. It did not create a sense of well-being for us. In addition, it does not shine with cleanliness, as it normally does. A high mark for the kitchen, well-equipped and quite clean; but who comes on vacation to stay in the kitchen? A very good score for the bed and mattress as well. In conclusion, although we did not expect a luxury experience, we know what that means, but it was, nevertheless, below our expectations. This is just our opinion, after many experiences on Booking or other similar platforms.

All the inconviniences (like noisy street) were described earlier. Every little detail matched the description and earlier reviews.

My personal dislike goes to the jazz music from establishment from across the street on saturday night. For some it might be a huge plus though 🙂

Lokalizacja świetna , blisko komunikacja (metro, autobusy, tramwaje), restauracje i sklepy obok . Rolety w oknach . Wygodne łóżka , ciepłe kołdry. Łatwe zameldowanie . Potrzebne przybory kuchenne. Czysto. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z firmą zarządzająca . Ciepło w mieszkaniu , grzejnik w pokoju pomagał szczególnie, że trafiliśmy na słabą pogodę. Widok boczny na rzekę był , tylko niestety ulica rozkopana akurat to widok jak na zdjęciu . Osuszacz powietrza który był tez plusem ! Cała Lizbona myślę że ma problem z wilgotnością. W mieszkaniu nie czuć było zapachu wilgoci co też na plus.

Malutka łazienka o której wiedzieliśmy że taka będzie i nam akurat wystarczała na 3 osoby. Minusem było że dla 3 osoby nie starczało ciepłej wody i trzeba było myć się w letniej jak komuś nie przeszkadza albo czekać dość długo na nagrzanie się wody warto o tym pamiętać jak chce się iść szybciej spać .

Le logement est top. Je ne fais pas d'habitude de retours, mais là, tout est Nickel, excepté la prestation "taxi gratuit" inclus dans l'offre qui disparaît après validation de la réservation et aucun moyen pour en bénéficier.

L'offre complémentaire de Taxi gratuit n'a pas été appliquée et aucune solution pour y remédier n'a été proposée.
