Central Old Town Rooms

Amazing location and the room was lovely, really great value for money, particularly with the shared outdoor space which is a commodity in the old town. Only a 5 min walk into town and close to all the main sites in Split old town.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect, nearby the Riva, historical center and nice restaurants. The room had everything we needed, was clean and silent. The hosts were more than welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nevenka was a fantastic host, going out of her way to accommodate our late check-in and offering plenty of helpful tips to make our stay in Split even better. The apartment is perfectly located in a peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the Old Town centre. It was spotless, comfortable, and we both slept amazingly well. I highly recommend Central Old Town Rooms!

Very clean room and kitchen. The host, the daughter and the dog are amazing! The room is in a quiet area but everything's nearby. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

Muy buena estadía, la hostess, muy amable. Nos guardó una maleta, dos días mientras viajábamos a Bosnia, nos dejó el equipaje guardado después del check out. La llegada tiene una pequeña pendiente pero nada grave. Lo único malo fue que nos trataron de robar el celular cerca del apartamento, los ladrones se desplazaban en moto.

A conseiller absolument! J'ai passé un super séjour! La localisation est idéale : à 2 minutes à pied de la Place de la République et tout près de la Colline du Marjan. La chambre est parfaite, très agréable et très propre, strictement conforme aux photos sur le site. La kitchenette est très pratique et on y trouve tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et ustensiles (j'avais loué un studio). Le balcon est très plaisant pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner ou le repas. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Vraiment rien à dire de négatif.

The location is the the beautiful Varos neighborhood of Split. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfortable and practical if you wanna relaxe or cook your own meals.

Maybe add some shampoo and conditioner to the existing shower gel. If not everything was perfect.

Our host Nevenka was gracious and the sweetest. She gave us plenty of tips on things to do in Split!

The apartment is located in the old town, with a large yard. It is safe, quiet and clean. The landlord is warm, thoughtful and careful, which makes people feel like a spring breeze. It is cost-effective and worth recommending.
