La cocina amplia y con electrodomésticos modernos.TV en cada uno de las habitaciones.Mesa comedor amplia.Ventanas abatibles.Apartamento bien ubicado,cerca del metro, y paradas de bus.Nos recibieron a la llegada y nos enviaron información de la zona.Estaba el apartamento limpio.Piso antiguo que ha sido reformado.

Sillón del salón era muy incómodo.La mesa en la terraza no sé puede disfrutar porque es muy estrecho e incómodo. No hay parking.El aseo pequeño no sé puede disfrutar de la ducha por falta de espacio.Es muy incómodo.El ascensor muy antiguo y con falta de espacio..Las fotos en Booking del apartamento parece más grande de lo que es.

The staff was very informative and friendly, effective communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

I like that the place is accessible to transportation and restaurants. The place itself is nice and comfortable, all the necessary amenities provided.

Dealing with the staff and Booking.com. We came after the check-in time with the whole place in a mess. No cleaning was done. Everything was in a clutter as left by the previous guests. We waited for over an hour for the cleaners to arrive and another hour or so for them to finish cleaning up. That was not too bad, they did a good job, but we were charged an extra cleaning fee on top of the cleaning fee we had already paid at reservation. The property said they will waive it, claimed that they did, but the charge never disappeared and no refund was received. We disputed this with Booking.com but they claimed they didn't charge extra, we should take this with the property. The property claimed they did the refund although nothing is showing on my end. No one was taking responsibility and solving the overcharging issue. Would have been an 8, but the service from both ends pulled it down.

Das Appartement war hervorragend und sehr gemütlich. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist Recht Zentral.

Das Bad war sehr eng und hatte eine Wasserfall Dusche die nicht richtig funktionierte.

We loved our stay in this Lisbon flat! It’s clean, roomy, and in a perfect spot — only a few minutes from Marquês de Pombal Square where all the hop-on hop-off buses start. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. I’d absolutely recommend this place to friends and anyone visiting the city!

The property was well-equipped, clean and with everything you’d need for a family stay - fabulous location too near the park and Avenida Liberdade, the metro etc.

Nothing - The elevator is very small and so might want to take the stairs but it didn’t bother us
