Nothing, absolutely nothing.

I arrived around 4 PM and couldn’t get into the building, the door code didn’t work. I tried calling the property manager multiple times through every possible contact, but no one answered. After waiting about four hours, I managed to enter the building using someone else’s code, still with no response from the host. When I finally got to my room, it was in an awful state. The ceiling had humidity stains and parts were falling down. The walls were patched up with pieces of paper, and the floor corners looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bed sheets were dirty, had burn marks, and even someone else’s hair on them. The toilet had no toilet paper, and the overall condition of the place felt completely neglected. Important note: The key box isn’t secure — it’s not coded and contains all the keys for the building. Anyone who knows the building code could easily get in and access the rooms before guests arrive.

Location is great.

The air-conditioner is so old that it takes 5-6 hrs to bring the room to normal temperature in beginning of October. I don't recommend for winter stay. The bathroom is made in one corner, inside the room, separated with pvc wall and pvc door. It was interesting that there were night lambs left beside the bed but no power plug so you cannot used them. Also I has trouble connecting with the stuff, nobody would pick up the phone at 9am - they told me later their working hours start at 10 am..

Nem az a kilátás fogadott amit vártam és szerepelt. A szobában nagyon hideg volt, a klíma nem futott nagyjából semmit. A falak koszosak, repedezettek. A hűtő nem működött. Pipereholmi a képen szerepel a valóságban nem.

Location is at the core of the city center.

The air-condition is very old and it takes about 6 hrs to make the room in comfortable temperatures - this was in beginning of October, so I don't recommend for winter stay. The bathroom, though renovated and clean, is outside the room but the corridor you need to pass through is outside temperature due to a broken glass of the outer door. It was nearly impossible to get a hair drier - they have one for some dozens of rooms and I had an arrangement for in the morning, unfortunately the reception lady was late more than 40 minutes and based on her instructions I had to go to other building (with wet hair under the outside rain) to find a key for their admin office and search their stuff inside where they keep all their documents and stuff... The room was also uncomfortable with very very old furniture and not practical.

Стаятя беше не почистена! Климатика НЕ работеше ефективно и при 7С навън и дъжд, умряхме от студ! Леглата бяха продънени и скърцаха ужасно! Нямяше дапълнителни одеяла!

Staff guy is very helpful. Location is close to the center.

Cold room, A/C wasn't working. Be careful when you read "attached bathroom", because it can be attached to another building. If you are less lucky, you will need to cross the building outside by the terrace to go to shower, toilet and kitchen.
