Zimmer war sehr klein und ungemütlich

Das Personal ist kaum aufzufinden und man hat keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzudunkeln also wird man jedes mal in der früh durch das Sonnenlicht geweckt.

Our experience with Kappa Rooms was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had fully paid for our reservation in advance, yet just about an hour and a half before our planned arrival – while already traveling with our 10-month-old baby – we received a message from the property saying that our stay was canceled due to “room problems.” This left us stranded without accommodation at the last minute and forced us to urgently find another place to stay, which ended up costing significantly more than what we had originally booked. What made the situation even worse is that the property did not even apologize for the cancellation, showing a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. Although we eventually received a refund, the refunded amount was less than what we originally paid. The difference may not be large in absolute numbers, but it is a matter of principle. Combined with the stress, financial loss, and the inconvenience caused, this situation left us with a very negative impression. We would strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking this property, as our experience shows that they do not respect confirmed and prepaid reservations.

The Hotel was close to the beach as well as to the Restaurants. Only pro's were: the bed was really comfortable, the air conditioner was a must because the room was too small and without the air conditioner you can not breath, and the third one is the Terrasse.

The cleaning Staff only speaks Ukraine. The linens in the room were not changed ,because the Staff does not speak any other language I needed to use a translator on my phone to tell them that the Linens must be changed because they are from before when someone else was in the room , although I showed them on the phone they said that they will do it. But afterwards as we went to the beach and came back no linens were changed. Such a bad experience. Also a BIG Con is that on Booking it is written that the check out is until 11:00 and in the hotel it is written that is it until 12:00. Because we saw the timetable for checking out , we said okay we can leave after 11:00 o'clock but as soon as 10:56 was , the staff came knocking on the room and spoke to me in Ukrainian as when we will leave and then I said shortly. It would be nice when the checking out time is the same as on Booking as well in the hotel on the Information desk.

Стаята, в която бяхме настанени беше просторна с голяма и хубава тераса. Мастото се почиства всеки ден и е поддържано добре. Господинът, който ни посрещна беше любезен и отзивчив. Имам само една препоръка може в стаята освен малките чаши за кафе да бъдат оставени и по една чаша за дълго кафе. Нещото, което не ми хареса, е размерът на банята и специално душ кабината е много малка.
